Bhavin Shah is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Shah represents public and private companies, private equity funds, and strategic investors in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Shah also represents companies and individuals in government investigations and disputes and complex commercial litigation matters.

Mr. Shah received his JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he served as an executive editor on the University of Pennsylvania Law School Journal of Constitutional Law, an Arthur Littleton Fellow (Legal Research and Writing Instructor), and a member of the National Moot Court Team. Mr. Shah graduated cum laude and received the Milton C. Sharp Award upon graduation.

While attending Penn Law, Mr. Shah served as a judicial intern for Judge Patty Shwartz of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and Judge Robert E. Bacharach of the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
