Latham & Watkins Represents FPV Ventures in Raising New US$525 Million Fund

FPV Ventures has raised a new US$525 million venture capital fund, as reported by Bloomberg and other press. The firm, which backs companies including Canva Inc., Flexport Inc., and Guild Education Inc., raised its first fund, of US$450 million, in 2022.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented FPV Ventures in the new fund raise with a team led by corporate partner Stelios Saffos and investment funds partner Matthew Chase, with associates Connor Ross, Bhavin Shah, and Noah Morris. Advice was also provided on tax matters by counsel Lauren Bewley, with associate Nolon Blaylock; and on regulatory matters by partner Laura Ferrell, with associates Jennifer Tian and Tim Cummings.
