    Ben Russell is an associate in the Restructuring & Special Situations Practice in the London office of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Russell advises on a wide range of matters relating to corporate restructuring, insolvency, distressed debt investments, and special situations work, acting for various stakeholders including corporates, funds, and financial institutions throughout the capital structure.

    Mr. Russell’s experience also includes direct lending, private debt, and leveraged finance transactions.

    Mr. Russell’s recent representative experience includes:

    • A direct lender in relation to an approximately €1 billion unitranche financing supporting the acquisition of a multinational business
    • TA Associates in connection with its acquisition of a significant stake in Enscape and the equity arrangements with Enscape’s existing majority shareholder
