Benjamin Lea Hoekstra

Benjamin Hoekstra is an associate in the Los Angeles and New York offices of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Investment Funds Practice.

Mr. Hoekstra advises private equity sponsors on investment fund formation, investment structuring, and related transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hoekstra worked as a financial forecasting software developer and financial analyst and passed the Uniform CPA examination.
