Ben Sterritt

Ben Sterritt is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department.

Ben represents clients in antitrust and competition matters, complex commercial disputes, and white collar investigations.

Ben earned his JD from New York University School of Law. While attending law school, Ben completed an externship in the Antitrust Bureau of the Office of the New York State Attorney General and an International Law and Human Rights Fellowship with the Institute for Justice & Democracy in Haiti.

Prior to law school, Ben worked for PwC, Google, and Georgetown University.
