Aron Mackenstedt, a finance associate in the Frankfurt office, advises German and international clients on a range of domestic and cross-border financing matters.
Aron represents financial institutions, direct lending funds, private equity funds, and corporate borrowers in:
- Cross-border and domestic acquisition financings
- General corporate financings
- Financial restructurings
- Infrastructure financings
Prior to joining Latham as an associate, Aron worked as a research assistant in the banking and finance department of a leading international German law firm and completed his legal training in the Finance Department of Latham & Watkins in Frankfurt and Los Angeles.
