Antonina Semyachkova is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Ms. Semyachkova represents clients in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters. Prior to qualification, Ms. Semyachkova trained in the firm’s London and Madrid offices, gaining experience in corporate, restructuring, and leveraged finance transactions.

- Acquisition of a majority interest in Synthon International Holding B.V., a global market leader in the development of complex generics
- Sale of the Antelliq Group, a France-based developer of digital animal identification, traceability, and monitoring solutions to Merck for €3.25 billion
Blackstone Infrastructure Partners on the acquisition by a consortium, including Blackstone Infrastructure Partners, of Applegreen plc
Facebook, Inc. in connection with its acquisition of Mapillary, a Sweden-based company engaged in providing crowd sourcing map photos
Helios Investment Partners and TA Associates on the sale of a minority stake in Interswitch, a Nigeria-based digital payments providers, to Visa
Hellman & Friedman in connection with multiple transactions, including its:
- c. €15 billion GP led secondary / fund to fund transfer of its controlling interest in the Verisure Securities Direct group
