Angela Lin

Angela Lin is a finance associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Angela is a member of the Banking & Private Credit Practice. Angela represents investment and commercial banks, as well as private debt funds, in a variety of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including leveraged and acquisition financings.

Angela received her JD from Duke University School of Law. During law school, Angela worked as a summer associate at an international law firm in Tokyo, Japan.
