Latham Advises on Private Debt Financing for AEA Investors and BCI’s Acquisition of Pave America, LLC From Trivest Partners and Shoreline Equity Partners

AEA Investors’ (AEA) Middle Market Private Equity team (AEA MMPE) and British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI) announced that they have acquired Pave America, LLC, a leading commercial paving maintenance services provider, from Trivest Partners and Shoreline Equity Partners. Trivest and Shoreline will retain a minority stake in the business, alongside company management. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
