Ms. Quek focuses on cross-border acquisition and leveraged finance. She has in-depth knowledge and experience over a variety of debt capital structures, including: 

  • Senior / mezzanine financings
  • First lien / second lien financings
  • High yield bond transactions (including bridge to bond and super senior revolving facilities)
  • Bridge facilities
  • Unitranche financings
  • Holdco / PIK facilities
  • Post-IPO financings

Ms. Quek has been recognized as a Next Generation Partner by The Legal 500 and as a Rising Star in Private Equity by Legal Week.

Ms. Quek was a former member of the BVCA Legal & Accounting Committee. She has also served on the firm’s Associates Committee.

  • CVC on the acquisition financing of Breitling and subsequent dividend recapitalisation
  • IK Partners on the financing of its acquisition of Kersia, through a ESG-linked syndicated TLB
