Andrew Borruso

Andrew Borruso is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Borruso represents issuers, underwriters, initial purchasers, and private equity funds in initial public offerings, public and private debt and equity offerings, and advises private equity sponsors on investment fund formation.

Mr. Borruso maintains an active pro bono practice, representing small business clients with Start Small. Think Big. Inc.

While in law school, Mr. Borruso served as associate editor for the Hofstra Law Review and was honored with the Outstanding Law Student Award in 2020.
