Andrej Novakovski advises clients on complex business litigation, including securities and corporate governance matters, commercial disputes, and US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other investigations. He frequently represents technology and industrial companies, financial institutions, and large public companies.

His broad industry experience—spanning technology, transportation, energy, consumer products, and financial services—enables him to deliver commercially practical solutions tailored to each client’s business objectives.
Andrej also maintains an active pro bono practice. He was a member of the New York Pro Bono Committee and is a recipient of the firm’s Robert M. Dell Prize for Extraordinary Pro Bono Service for successfully litigating a Voting Rights Act lawsuit after a six-week trial, and the Pro Bono Star award for obtaining combat-related special compensation for a United States Army veteran.
