Andrea Tam

Andrea Tam is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Andrea advises emerging companies and venture capital firms on corporate matters. She also advises sponsors and companies in private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

Andrea received her JD from New York University School of Law, where she served on the editorial board of the Journal of Law & Business. Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, she practiced at a leading US law firm, where she advised clients on private equity and M&A transactions as well as general corporate matters.
