Celera Semiconductor, the leading analog IC supplier using AI to slash the cost and time to develop and supply analog ICs, announced it had closed US$30 million of Series B financing. The round was fully funded by Maverick Silicon, Celera's largest investor.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Celera Semiconductor in the funding round with a corporate team led by partners Alex Kassai and Haim Zaltzman, and counsel Naomi Smith, with associate Andrea Tam.
