Amulya Vadapalli is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins. Amulya advises clients on compliance and enforcement issues involving US international trade laws and regulations, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). She also assists companies in navigating the process of securing national security clearance from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
She was previously a finance associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins. During law school, Amulya served as an executive online editor on the Michigan Law Review and received the National Association of Women Lawyers Award. She has been published in the Michigan Law Review and the Northwestern Journal of Technology and Intellectual Property.
