Alisa leverages extensive experience spanning tax, securities, and corporate law to guide companies, sponsors, and executives on:

- Severance agreements
- Equity-based and other incentive compensation arrangements
Alisa also counsels clients with respect to the compensation and benefits issues that arise in the context of initial public offerings, corporate mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other transactions.
