Alexandra Mironoff is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Finance Department and Structured Finance Practice.

Ms. Mironoff advises clients on complex financing transactions, with a particular emphasis on collateralized loan obligations.

Ms. Mironoff received her law degree from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and served as executive submissions editor for the Columbia Journal of Law & the Arts. Prior to attending law school, she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College, where she graduated with Highest Honors in English, magna cum laude, and Phi Beta Kappa.
