Alex Kelly, Global Vice Chair of the Private Equity & Investments Funds Practice, represents private equity firms, financial institutions, asset managers and other public and private companies in corporate transactions across a wide range of industry sectors, including financial services/asset management, infrastructure, consumer retail, and technology.
