Alex Kelly Named Notable M&A Dealmaker by Crain’s New York Business
Alex Kelly, Global Co-Chair of Latham’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice, has been named to Crain’s New York Business’ inaugural Notable M&A Dealmakers list, which recognizes leading dealmakers shaping M&A activity in New York and who “exemplify the vision and execution powering today’s dealmaking.”
Alex represents market-leading private equity clients in M&A and other corporate transactions. She also leads Latham’s Asset Management M&A Practice, representing asset management and financial services industry clients.

- Ares in its completed US$3.7 billion acquisition of GCP International, establishing Ares Real Estate as one of the largest global vertically integrated real assets platforms
- Sixth Street in its acquisition of L+M Capital, one of the country’s leading affordable and mixed-income housing developers
