• Permira on its sale of a majority stake in Boats Group, a global provider of online marketplaces for boats and yachts, to General Atlantic and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board
• A European private equity fund on its investment into the global bovine genetics and farm management business
• A US private equity fund on the secondary acquisition of shares in one of the leading European veterinary care providers, with more than 2,500 clinics and hospitals across 20 countries, from other minority shareholders
