Alex Peters is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Finance Department.
Mr. Peters’ experience includes advising sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, and other financial institutions across a broad range of finance transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition financings.
Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Peters trained and qualified at a leading Magic Circle law firm.
