Alex Bogdon is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Bogdon represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and private and public companies on strategic corporate transactions. His experience includes:

  • Mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions
  • Take-privates
  • Controlling and minority investments 
  • General corporate matters 

Mr. Bogdon advises clients across a broad range of industries including technology, energy and infrastructure, healthcare and life sciences, and aerospace, defense, and government services.

Mr. Bogdon received his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Bogdon was an editor for the Berkeley Business Law Journal. Mr. Bogdon received his bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University, where he was an Ingram Scholar and graduated summa cum laude.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Bogdon worked for an alternative asset manager.
