Latham & Watkins Advises Carrick Capital Partners on Oversubscribed Continuation Vehicle and Commitment of US$255 Million New Capital to Saviynt

Carrick Capital Partners (Carrick), a growth-oriented investment firm focused on operationally scaling B2B software and technology-enabled businesses, has announced the closing of a single-asset continuation vehicle (the CV) for Saviynt (the Company), a leading identity security company. The transaction includes a new US$255 million investment in the Company with meaningful participation from Carrick's GPs, representing the largest investment in the firm's history.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Carrick Capital Partners in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Bay Area partners Chad Rolston and Alex Kassai and Boston counsel Naomi Smith, with associates Ryan Baker, Alex Bogdon, and Eugene Yang.
