Alec Hampton

Alec Hampton is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Hampton represents public and private companies in public offerings, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate matters.

While attending law school, Mr. Hampton was an editor on the Berkeley Business Law Journal. He also served as a judicial extern for Judge Haywood S. Gilliam of the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
