Latham & Watkins Advises Coinbase in Acquisition of The Clearing Company
Coinbase has announced it has entered an agreement to acquire The Clearing Company, a prediction markets company innovating at the frontier of regulated, onchain markets. The transaction will help power and scale prediction markets on Coinbase, accelerating Coinbase’s roadmap toward being the Everything Exchange.
