Ahmed Alfreahat is an associate in the Dubai office of Latham & Watkins, and a member of the Corporate Department. Ahmed has experience advising clients on cross-border M&A,private equity, equity capital markets, venture capital, and financial restructuring transactions.

He previously worked as an associate at an international US law firm and was based in London.
Ahmed completed his training contract in London. He has advised on a wide range of transactional matters in the US, Europe, and Middle East.

  • Ad hoc group of noteholders on the restructuring of Seadrill New Finance Limited and its emergence from chapter 11*
  • Vitol in US$2.3 billion takeover of Vivo Energy plc*
  • A leading listed private equity investor in their investment in a UK based company*
