Adam Weber is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Mr. Weber primarily handles capital markets, general securities, and corporate matters. He has experience advising public and private companies and investment banks on a broad range of transactions, including initial public offerings, direct listings, and high yield and investment grade debt offerings.
While attending Fordham University School of Law, Mr. Weber served as an associate editor for the Fordham Law Review and as business editor for the Fordham Dispute Resolution Society.
In addition, Mr. Weber was a legal intern at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York during law school.
