Mr. Hurwitz primarily advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters across a variety of industries.
During law school, Mr. Hurwitz was a member of the Georgetown Journal of International Law and worked on immigration matters as a member of the Federal Legislation Clinic.
Prior to law school, Mr. Hurwitz earned his BA in Global Studies at the University of California Santa Barbara.
