Mr. Friberg represents clients in real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions, particularly in the hospitality, gaming, and energy industries. These transactions have included real estate acquisitions and dispositions of:

  • Shopping malls

  • Sites for riverboat gaming and retail developments

Mr. Friberg has advised a number of clients in the acquisition/disposition of several of the marquee properties owned by Caesars — high-end luxury hotels in Manhattan, New York; Miami, Florida; Los Angeles, California; and several other jurisdictions. Representative clients include:

Mr. Friberg’s finance transactions have principally included representing both borrowers and lenders in secured and unsecured bank financings, CMBS financings, and high yield bonds secured by casino (both tribal and non-tribal) and other real property assets.
