Latham & Watkins Advises UniCredit on Syndicated Loan for the STOCKMEIER Group

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised UniCredit Bank GmbH on a syndicated loan for the STOCKMEIER Group. The financing comprises the full refinancing of the existing revolving credit facility as well as the introduction of a new acquisition facility to finance the acquisition of a globally active group headquartered in the Netherlands, with production sites in the Netherlands and the United States.

UniCredit acted as sole underwriter, coordinator, bookrunner, mandated lead arranger, documentation agent, and original lender in the transaction. The companies of the STOCKMEIER Group are active in the distribution, production, and services related to chemicals. The proceeds are intended for the aforementioned acquisition and, more generally, for strategic purposes.
