Firm represents the arrangers in the financing for the midstream crude oil logistics provider in the Permian Basin.
Latham & Watkins represented the arrangers in a financing to support Oryx Midstream’s completed US$300 million fungible add-on to its term loan B. Partners Alfred Xue and Pamela Kellet led the Latham banking team, with associate Christian DeSimone. Advice was also provided on tax matters by partner Bora Bozkurt, with associate Aaron Bernstein.
