Latham & Watkins Advises BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital on Acquisition Financing of Uniconta Group

Latham & Watkins advised BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital, the largest mid-cap investor headquartered in the DACH region, on the financing of the acquisition of the Uniconta Group, a cloud-based ERP software company.

The refinancing comprises a multi-currency solution. In addition to refinancing the acquisition, the structure includes a Capex/Acquisition Facility for further growth; additional increase options are also provided.

As part of the transaction, funds advised by BU Bregal Unternehmerkapital acquired a majority stake in Uniconta A/S, including subsidiaries in Germany and the Netherlands.
