Latham & Watkins Advises Atmosphere in Its US$100 Million Funding

An emerging companies team represents the TV-for-business platform in the financing round.
Atmosphere, the worldwide leader in streaming TV entertainment for businesses, has announced a new US$80 million Series C funding round, led by Sageview Capital with participation from existing investors, Valor Equity Partners, and S3 Ventures, as well as a US$20 million debt facility provided by Bridge Bank. In total, the company has now raised over US$140 million.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents Atmosphere in its financing with a deal team led by Austin partner Scott Craig, with Austin associate Chen Zhang and Century City associate Kathryn Neubauer. Bay Area partner Dan Van Fleet, with Bay Area associate Trevor Church and Houston associate Whitley Johnson advised on the debt facility.
