Latham & Watkins Represents Centerbridge in US$225 Million Refinancing for AMVAC Chemical Corporation
AMVAC Chemical Corporation, a direct subsidiary of American Vanguard Corporation, has refinanced its debt structure in March 2026, replacing an existing revolving credit agreement with both a first lien, term loan of US$225 million from lenders led by Centerbridge Partners, L.P., and a second lien, term loan of US$60 million from lenders led by Bank of Montreal.
