Latham Recognized as 2025 Champion for Children
Latham & Watkins is proud to have been named a 2025 Champion for Children by Children’s Law Center. This marks the firm’s record‑breaking eleventh overall win of the award, which recognizes the philanthropy of law firms and corporations whose total annual giving to the organization exceeded that of their peers.
“Our partnership with Children’s Law Center exemplifies what’s possible when leaders in the community align around a shared vision,” said Mandy Reeves, Managing Partner of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. “We’re deeply proud of the impact we’ve made over decades of partnering with Children’s Law Center, whose transformational work advances children’s well‑being through individual advocacy and systemic change alike.”
Children’s Law Center is one of Washington, D.C.’s largest nonprofit legal services providers, working with D.C. children and families, community partners, and pro bono lawyers to provide a strong foundation of family, health, and education.
“Latham & Watkins has shown up for D.C. children and Children’s Law Center for decades,” said Children’s Law Center Chief Executive Officer Judith Sandalow. “The firm has increased its impact through record‑breaking giving and earned its eleventh Champions for Children win. Latham’s support has improved the lives of thousands of children.”
