Latham Named International Deal Firm of the Year
Latham & Watkins was named International Deal Firm of the Year at the Asian Legal Business Southeast Asia Law Awards 2026. The awards program honors outstanding achievements in the legal field, celebrating exceptional performance across Southeast Asia and beyond.
In addition, Latham won two deals of the year:
- Debt Market Deal of the Year — Latham represented Clifford Capital, a Singapore-headquartered infrastructure credit platform, on Bayfront VII, a US$705.5 million public infrastructure asset-backed securities transaction (IABS) that represents the largest infrastructure CLO/IABS issued to date.
- Equity Market Deal of the Year — Latham advised on data security platform AvePoint’s landmark dual listing in Singapore.
