IBLJ credited Latham for its “stellar reputation for equity fundraising” and highlighted the firm’s role “at the forefront of multimillion-dollar IPOs.”, including the record-breaking US$2.47 billion IPO of digital payments and financial services platform Paytm; food delivery company Zomato’s US$1.25 billion IPO; the US$770 million IPO of Policybazaar and Paisabazaar owners PB Fintech; and the US$676 million IPO of logistics services company Delhivery.
