Latham Advises Vertical Aerospace on US$850 Million Financing

Latham & Watkins has advised Vertical Aerospace, a global aerospace and technology company pioneering electric aviation, on its US$850 million financing.

The comprehensive financing package comprises a US$50 million senior secured convertible note facility, a US$250 million convertible preferred share facility, and a US$500 million equity line of credit, alongside a completed US$50 million equity capital raise on March 30, 2026. This financing positions Vertical to deliver on its technical and operational milestones, while also maintaining flexibility to access other capital sources outside of the package in the future.
