Latham Advises on TYTAN’s €30 Million Series A

London and Germany teams represent lead investor on funding round of European defense technology company.
Latham & Watkins has advised the NATO Innovation Fund (NIF) as lead investor on the €30 million Series A funding round of TYTAN Technologies, a European defence technology company.
The round was co-led by NIF and Armira, with participation from existing investors Visionaries Club, OTB Ventures, Lakestar, Magnetic, D3, and 10x Group.
The Latham team was led by London partner Shing Lo and Frankfurt partner Markus Krüger, with London associates Toni Adejuyigbe and Sidney Chin and Dusseldorf associate Nikolaus Becker.
