Paris finance team advises Ardian-backed AD Education on the two bolt-on transactions.
Latham & Watkins has advised Ardian-backed AD Education in connection with the financing of two recent acquisitions: Oktogone Group, a leading player in online education and training, and the European operations of SAE Institute, a leader in audiovisual and creative media higher education.
