Latham Advises on the Acquisition and Related Financing Transaction of IPValue Management by the Fortress Investment Group

Fortress Investment Group has announced the acquisition of IPValue Management Group, one of the world’s leading intellectual property licensing companies. Funds managed by Fortress Investment Group affiliates led a group of investors that acquired the company.
