Daniel Mun advises private credit and private funds, banks and other creditors, as well as public and private companies, on a wide range of complex corporate transactions.
Daniel represents clients on mergers and other business combinations, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, restructurings, equity investments, as well as corporate governance matters. Daniel is also a member of the firm’s M&A Special Situations Practice Group and regularly advises clients on distressed, special situations and bankruptcy matters, including both in- and out-of-court M&A and liability management transactions.
