Latham & Watkins Advises on Sale of Krose to Gallagher

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised the shareholders of Krose GmbH & Co. KG on the sale of the company to Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., a global insurance broker, risk management services, and consulting firm. Headquartered in Bremen, Germany, Krose provides commercial insurance and reinsurance solutions and specializes in the design and placement of complex industrial insurance programs.
