Latham & Watkins Advises on Sale of Ecker + Ecker and Accessus Health to Athagoras

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised the shareholders of Ecker + Ecker GmbH and Accessus Health GmbH on the sale of both companies to Athagoras.

The combination brings together Ecker + Ecker’s expertise in Germany’s Medicines Market Reorganization Act, pricing, and EU health technology assessment with Athagoras' capabilities across market access, health economics, real-world evidence, and European execution. The transaction strengthens Athagoras' position in joint clinical assessments, combining methodological expertise, proven execution, and a strong foothold in Germany, Europe's most critical market for pricing and access.
