Latham Advises on US$2.7 Billion Refinancing for Vantor

Latham & Watkins represented the arrangers and lenders in Vantor’s US$2.7 billion credit facilities, which will be used to refinance Vantor’s existing unitranche and to partially repay the borrower’s existing preferred equity. Vantor is a leading provider of AI-enabled unified geospatial intelligence.
