Latham & Watkins Advises on Caturus Energy’s Upsized US$600 Million Senior Notes Offering
Caturus Energy, LLC, announced that it has priced its private offering (the notes offering) of US$600 million in aggregate principal amount of 7.125% senior notes due 2031 (the notes) at par. The notes offering was upsized from the previously announced offering of US$500 million in aggregate principal amount of notes. The notes offering is expected to close on April 27, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
