Alto Neuroscience, Inc. (NYSE: ANRO), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of novel precision medicines for neuropsychiatric disorders, has announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with institutional and accredited investors to sell securities in a private placement financing for gross proceeds of approximately US$120 million, before deducting offering expenses.
Latham & Watkins LLP is advising the placement agents in the financing, with a Capital Markets team led by New York partner Nathan Ajiashvili and Orange County/Bay Area partner Ross McAloon, with associates Connor Adams and Ed Reynolds.
