AEVEX Corp. (AEVEX), a portfolio company of Madison Dearborn Partners’ funds and a global leader in cutting‑edge unmanned systems, has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 16,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of US$20 per share. In addition, AEVEX has granted the underwriters a 30‑day option to purchase up to an additional 2,400,000 shares of Class A common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on April 17, 2026, under the ticker symbol AVEX. The offering is expected to close on April 20, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
