Latham & Watkins Advises OIC on Approximately US$1.58 Billion Fund Formation

Multidisciplinary team led by members of the firm’s Investment Funds Practice represented the US middle-market infrastructure investor in the formation of its oversubscribed OIC Credit Opportunities Fund IV.

OIC has announced the successful final close of OIC Credit Opportunities Fund IV with total commitments of approximately US$1.58 billion. The fund closed 43% above its US$1.1 billion target, reflecting strong investor demand while maintaining OIC’s disciplined focus on middle-market infrastructure credit.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented OIC in the fund formation with an Investment Funds team led by Washington, D.C. partner Amy Rigdon and New York partner Oliver Prakash-Jenkins, with associates Jason Xi, Michael Arnold, Lexi Santa Ana, Gabe Pugel, Chandler Johnson, and Josh Cape.
