Latham & Watkins Advises Meta in Joint Venture With Blue Owl Capital To Develop Hyperion Data Center Campus

Meta Platforms, Inc. (Nasdaq: META) has announced a US$27 billion joint venture with Blue Owl Capital, Inc. (Blue Owl), specifically designed for the purpose of developing, owning and operating the Hyperion data center campus in Louisiana. The partnership is designed to support the speed and flexibility required for Meta's large-scale data center projects and long-term AI ambitions.
